Tour coordinators shall ensure that any motorcoach operator chosen to transport passengers has suitable and mechanically sound vehicles for which the appropriate insurance in respect of its transportation of tour passengers is held. The maximum occupancy per motorcoach is not to be exceeded. Tour coordinators must hold valid registration with the Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Authority (NSAGA), if required.
Bookings
- Call us toll free to book your group's day and arrival time, at least three days in advance
- Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, or at the discretion of Casino Nova Scotia. Space is limited and fills quickly, so book early to confirm your desired arrival time
- Complete and fax your Passenger List a minimum of three days before your scheduled arrival
- Last minute additions or deletions can be made by telephone or e-mail for your convenience
- Blank Passenger Lists can be sent to you by email, fax, mail or download Blank Passenger List (PDF) now!

Tour Criteria
- Minimum of four hours at Casino Nova Scotia to qualify, though longer stays = larger commissions
- Groups must be a minimum of ten players to qualify
- Commission ratings will only apply to bus or motorcoach passengers/guests
- Each guest on the tour MUST register for a Player's Club card. Guests who play without their Player's Club card reduce your overall play total and commission cheque
- To ensure your group check-in goes smoothly, please ensure your Passenger List is legible, with all columns completed
- Please include the Player's Club card numbers of any existing members to ensure their points accumulate within their account
- Only bus or mortorcoach passengers are eligible to receive the coupon booklet
