Terms & Conditions
To participate in the Player's Club Rewards Program (the "Program"), you must be a member of the Player's Club ("member"). Applications for membership in the Player's Club may be made at either the Halifax or Sydney Promotions Desk of Casino Nova Scotia. Memberships are separate for each property. You must be 19 years of age or older to apply. Valid government issued identification must be presented at the time of application or during participation in the program at any time. Casino Nova Scotia has the right to accept or deny any application for membership in the Player's Club at the sole discretion of Casino Nova Scotia.
Player's Club Rewards ("Rewards") will be awarded to members based upon the frequency, volume, duration and type of game played. How Player's Club points are calculated is confidential and may be changed or otherwise altered in any aspect, by Casino Nova Scotia, with or without notice.
Members may have memberships at each Casino Nova Scotia location, but the memberships are separate. Rewards accrued by a member at one location of Casino Nova Scotia are credited specifically to that location of Casino Nova Scotia and cannot be transferred to the program at any other Casino Nova Scotia location.
If, in Casino Nova Scotia's opinion, a member abuses any of the program's privileges, fails to follow its terms and conditions, or makes any misrepresentation, Casino Nova Scotia may, in its sole discretion, revoke their membership in the program, including forfeiture of all accumulated Rewards.
Members who have excluded themselves from membership pursuant to the self-exclusion program forfeit all accumulated Rewards.
Casino Nova Scotia may restrict, suspend or otherwise alter aspects of the Program, with or without notice. Casino Nova Scotia reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time by providing 10 day's notice posted in Casino Nova Scotia locations. Upon termination, all membership in the program is revoked, including forfeiture of Rewards.
Should any member not acquire Rewards for 18 consecutive months, the membership will be deemed to be inactive, and all accumulated Rewards may be forfeited, without notice, at Casino Nova Scotia's sole discretion.
Rewards are not transferable. Rewards have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for cash. Rewards cannot be sold or purchased.
Rewards may be redeemed for food and beverage, accommodations and/or reward purchases only at establishments designated by Casino Nova Scotia (the "Benefits").
Casino Nova Scotia reserves the right to determine or alter, with or without notice, the benefits for which Rewards may be redeemed. Rewards cannot be applied to other promotional offers by Casino Nova Scotia unless so indicated by Casino Nova Scotia.
Members may request Reward balances at the Guest Services Desk of the Casino Nova Scotia location where membership was granted. Valid government issued identification is required. Given the confidential nature of the calculation of the accrued rewards, Reward balances are deemed correct. Any disputes regarding Reward balances must be made to Casino Nova Scotia whose decision regarding any such dispute will be final and binding.
The Player's Club card is the property of Casino Nova Scotia and may be unilaterally revoked at any time by Casino Nova Scotia in its sole discretion. The Player's Club card is not a credit card. Rewards cannot be collected or redeemed by a business or anyone other than the individual.
Great Canadian Entertainment employees and their spouses are not eligible for membership in Player's Club.
