Training and Development
All new employees to Casino Nova Scotia attend a 1 and a 1/2 day orientation. Orientation is designed to provide important information on key company polices, work-related issues and responsibilities as well as to introduce the GEM customer service program.
Casino Nova Scotia continuously strives to meet the ever-changing learning and development needs of employees. We commit significant resources to offer employees a broad range of in-house and external training programs and services.
Promotion From Within
