Casino Nova Scotia is proud to support many exciting organizations, events & activities. Casino Nova Scotia offers a Fun Night in aid of the fund raising efforts of local non-profit groups and organizations. The non-profit group sells tickets to a buffet held in the Millionaires Lounge with a fun slot tournament with merchandise prizing. Some of the charities groups that have recently had a Casino Fun Night are:

• Oland Heights Recreation Association
• Northend Neighborhood Watch 
• New Waterford Sharks Hockey Team
• Cape Breton Molson Canadians Hockey Team

Casino Nova Scotia and its staff are proud to support the following organizations:

• Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation - Casino Nova Scotia's staff in Sydney have chosen this organization to help with fundriasing efforts in order to purchase much needed equipment.  Casino Nova Scotia also sponsors this foundation by purchasing tickets to various events such as Festival of the Greens, and Denim for Diamonds.

• Helping Hand - This fundraising programs is run by the employees here at Casino Nova Scotia, and aides fellow employees in time of need. 
• Jeans Day - Jeans Day is held bi-weekly at Casino Nova Scotia, at a cost of $2.00.  Funds currently raised go to the helping hand fund.  Druing the month of May, every Friday is Jeans Day!!  All proceeds raised in May will go towards the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation.
