Casino Nova Scotia is proud to support many exciting organizations, events & activities. Casino Nova Scotia offers a Fun Night in aid of the fund raising efforts of local non-profit groups and organizations. The non-profit group sells tickets to a buffet held in the Ceilidh Room with a fun slot tournament with merchandise prizing. Some of the charities groups that have recently had a Casino Fun Night are:

• New Waterford Sharks Hockey Team

Casino Nova Scotia and its staff are proud to support the following organizations:

• Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation - Casino Nova Scotia's staff in Sydney have chosen this organization to help with fundriasing efforts in order to purchase much needed equipment.  Casino Nova Scotia also sponsors this foundation by purchasing tickets to various events such as Festival of the Greens, and Denim for Diamonds.

• Run for the Cure - Casino has been participating with Run for the Cure since its introduction to Cape Breton.
• Helping Hand - This fundraising programs is run by the employees here at Casino Nova Scotia, and aides fellow employees in time of need. 
• Island Business Ministries
• Employability Partnership - Casino Nova Scotia has been a partner with this organization since 2001 and has received an award for Diversity at Work - Employer of the Year 2006.
